Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist provides daily transactional support to assigned business units under the guidance of the site HR Manager. This role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with growth in previous roles, and the ability to work onsite in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Service Delivery & Policy Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of core HR services for employees and managers, ensuring adherence to Company's corporate and site policies and procedures.
• Cross-Functional HR Liaison: Serve as a key relationship builder and liaison between business operations and various HR centers of excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Policy Communication & Compliance: Clearly communicate company policies and procedures to all employees, ensuring understanding and consistent application across the assigned groups. Champion and uphold all company guidelines and policies.
• Personnel Investment Processing: Facilitate the processing of PIRs and offers via the PIR platform. Coordinate with Corporate Talent Acquisition and Senior Leadership on promotions and pay increases.
• Operational HR Leadership: Take the lead in managing the HR functions for Operations, ensuring their HR needs are met effectively.
• Employee Relations Support: Provide direct employee relations support to Leads, Supervisors, and Managers, including guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and other related matters, under the guidance of the site HR Manager.
• Employee Engagement & Feedback: Lead and facilitate Focus Group Discussions to gather employee feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale.
• HR Reporting & Administration: Generate relevant HR reports and complete various HR-related administrative tasks to support decision-making and ensure efficient HR operations.
• Strategic Support & Special Projects: Handle additional HRBP-related functions and special projects as assigned, contributing to overall HR strategy and operational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including employee relations and business partnering.
- Experience supporting non-exempt staff in high-volume settings preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
