As one of our Licensed Insurance Customer Service agents at our Highland Park headquarters, you’ll work with our nation’s top insurance providers to provide outstanding support. Licensed Insurance Customer Service agents utilize their knowledge of personal lines insurance to help members with quotes, new businesses, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions and premium changes.

The focus of this position is to provide outstanding support to existing members; this is not a sales-based role and there is no cold calling.

If you do not have an Active Property & Casualty License, you can apply for our Pre-Licensing Training Program.
