Plan 2040

In Cuatro Ciénegas, Mexico, we launched our Plan 2040 mission, which employs over 100 individuals to ensure that 100% of the children born in Cuatro Ciénegas grow up with opportunities to reach their full potential. To date, over 1,100 babies are actively enrolled. We’ve expanded Plan 2040 to other cities globally, including Independencia in Monterrey, Mexico, Georgetown, Guyana and Dumaguete, Philippines.

Emergency Assistance

We provide an Emergency Assistance Program to support employees through bereavement, hospitalization, natural disasters and temporary hardships. After Typhoon Odette in the Philippines, we provided food, water, clothing and medication to over 7,000 employees and helped provide 701 employees with aid to rebuild their homes.
