Leadership Academy

Through the Leadership Academy, Qualfon leaders complete 19 management courses (65 hours of training) and attain Six Sigma green belt certification. Leaders gain vital management skills that assist in setting goals, managing responsibilities and communicating in a variety of settings.

This program helps top employees rise through the ranks and attain Operations Manager positions. Outstanding supervisors with the prerequisites can complete the Operations Manager Certification program followed by the Site Director Certification program.
