Role: WRITER, TECHNICAL



RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Responsible for creating, updating, and proofing marketing assets, throughout the sales and marketing organization. Documents may include but not limited to:
    • Case Studies
    • Brochures
    • PPT Content
    • Press Releases
    • Proposal Responses
    • Website Content
  • Prepares documents by gathering and formatting information, writing drafts and obtaining approvals
  • Assists in writing and/or proofing internal and external communications
  • Follows writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
  • Maintains consistency and accuracy throughout the content library
  • Collaborates with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the writing requirements
  • Writes clear and concise with the ability to write to target audience or buyer persona
  • Proofreads individual work and work of others for grammar, spelling and sentence structure
  • Provides enhancements to writing of others
  • Meets deadlines
  • Identify and implement process improvements

 



QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English including wide vocabulary and appreciation of grammar
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft and desktop applications such as Word, Power Point and Adobe
  • B2B writing experience required. BPO or Contact Center a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with broad range of team members
  • Organization skills of multiple versions of documents through tracking of documents
  • Ability to show close attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cloud database management and online collaboration documents including
  • ShareFile, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
