Job Profile: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work set-up: Onsite
Work location: Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental
Work schedule: Mid shift
Responsibilities:
1. Be a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to the Business Leaders in the site
2. Develop Strategies based on business plans to enhance attraction of top industry talent
3. Work closely with the team and operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organizations
4. Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the company’s hiring goals and plan effectively
5. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
6. Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support the site's rapid hiring growth
7. Provide regular reporting to hiring managers on effectiveness of the recruiting funnel and recommend strategies to improve
8. Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enhance and promote Qualfon’s Employment brand
9. Build relationship with LGU’s, Universities, etc. presenting recruiting events locally and involvement in social media and other external opportunities
10. Implement and maximize the investment on ATS tools that will help the team and deliver incredible candidate experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Areas of Expertise / Qualifications:
- A successful track record of recruitment management at a rapidly growing BPO organization
- Hands-on experience with relevant social media, events and recruiting channels 5 years of experience in Volume (Agent) Recruiting
- Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end-to-end (volume) recruiting, interviewing and hiring process
