What You’ll Do: 

As a Banking Specialist, you’ll support customers by handling inbound communications (phone, email, chat, social media) regarding their banking needs: 

• Resolve inquiries on credit cards, checking, savings, and certificates of deposit. 

• Assist customers with monetary and non-monetary transactions. 

• Provide critical support in cases involving fraudulent credit card activity. 

• Guide customers on consumer loan applications. 

Shift Schedule: -  

Orientation (3 days): 9-6 

Training Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday – Friday)  

Regular Evening Hours: 7:00am-1:00am Monday –Friday; Saturday 9:00am – 9:00pm; Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm (8-hour shifts)

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Need to Succeed: 

• 1 year of customer service and call center experience required. 

• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred. 

• Strong computer and research skills; ability to navigate multiple systems. 

• Typing speed: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy. 

• Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Reliability to adhere to assigned schedule consistently.
