OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary

Supervises talent acquisition employees and recruitment activities in one or more locations.  Conducts full lifecycle recruitment for both internal and external hiring in operations and support positions.

  • Provides coaching and development to talent acquisition staff
  • Consults with site leadership to support requests for new position or backfills in agent and non-agent roles
  • Provides direction in marketing and advertising approved positions either internally and/or externally as desired
  • Manages recruiting budget for sites responsible for
  • Conducts screening of candidates to ensure meet minimum requirements of the position
  • Schedules interviews for hiring manager and records outcomes
  • Builds a talent pipeline of candidates for future needs
  • Full cycle recruitment of agent and non-agent personnel
  • Ability to develop best practices and share with internal teams
  • Assists with onboarding of new hires
  • Travel to remote locations – 15%


QUALIFICATIONS

Area of expertise (Skills)

  • Associate’s Degree or 2+ years college education in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting (corporate, agency, or independent recruitment)
  • 2 or more years’ experience handling confidential employee information
  • 1 or more years’ experience supervising two or more employees performing recruiting functions
  • 1 or more years’ experience working with talent acquisition systems such as Taleo, Success Factors, ADP, etc.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting (corporate, agency, or independent recruitment)
  • 2 or more years’ experience supervising two or more employees performing recruiting functions
  • 2 or more years’ experience working with talent acquisition systems such as Taleo, Success Factors, ADP, etc.
  • 2 or more years’ experience recruiting call center or customer service personnel
  • 1 or more years’ experience managing recruiting budgets and external recruiting support vendor
