Role: RECRUITER, II



RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Objectives and Duties:

  1. Manages Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Area

    • Ensures compliance with Recruitment KPIs.
    • Organizes recruitment team activities to achieve goals.
    • Ensures hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing for the right position.
  2. Ensures Application and Follow-up of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures

    • Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement procedures.
    • Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
    • Reviews and updates Recruitment, Selection, and Placement procedures.
    • Implements enhancements where needed.
    • Recommends strategies to increase headcount.
  3. Enhance Company Branding

    • Facilitates educational tours as required.
    • Coordinates with universities for placement and other school activities.
    • Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities based on company objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
    • Conceptualizes sourcing collaterals.
  4. Achieve ≥5% Conversion Rate

    • Monitors total number of hires from identified sourcing strategies.
    • Identifies and reviews low-yielding sourcing strategies.
    • Recommends initiatives to improve productivity of low-yielding strategies.
    • Enhances social networking capabilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related area.
  • Bachelor Degree.
