OVERVIEW

Role: Programmer, Applications 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional with strong experience in Microsoft Power Automate to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline manual tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate (Flow) solutions to automate business processes across various systems and applications.
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze existing manual processes and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Develop, test, and maintain workflows ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Create and manage documentation for workflows, automation logic, and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor and support existing automations, resolving issues and implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and governance standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Approvals, Connectors).
• Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, and system integration.
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable automation solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, or other automation platforms.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, SQL, or JSON).
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
