Job Title: DESIGNER, MULTIMEDIA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

●    Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including:
○    Interactive training manuals and guides
○    Presentations and infographics
○    Videos (live-action and animated)
○    Motion graphics and animations●    Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate complex information into easily digestible visual content.
●    Maintain a consistent brand identity across all learning materials.
●    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and eLearning.
●    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
●    Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
●    Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a learning and development context.
●    Strong portfolio showcasing:
○    Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color theory)
○    Video editing and production expertise 
○    Animation and motion graphics proficiency 

● Proficiency in industry-standard software:
○    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
○    Camtasia, Vvyond
○    Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools (preferred) 
●    Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. 
●    A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Bonus Points:
●    Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
●    Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
