Must reside in the State of Florida in one of the following Counties: Osceola, Escambia, Columbia, Hendry, Polk, Madison, Citrus, Jackson, Putnam, Washington, Marion, Volusia, or Gadsden County.

What skills will you need

  • GED or high school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Prior work-at-home experience desired
  • Comfortable working self-managed
  • Minimum one-year previous call center/customer service
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
  • Computer knowledge of Windows-based applications required
  • Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing in English & Spanish
  • Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
  • Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals

What will you be doing

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer issues
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to photo enforcement
  • Support payment processing
  • Accurate, detailed notes in all systems
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations
  • Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle multiple responsibilities at one time

Work from Home Requirements

  • High Speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Cellular Hotspot or Cellular Internet
  • Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss Latency under 100ms.
  • All hires must have available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device
  • Qualfon will proved equipment
