Job Summary

Main objectives and duties:

1. Manages R&S area

  • Ensures compliance of Recruitment KPI’s
  • Organize recruitment team activities to achieve the goals.
  • Ensures the hiring the right talent, with the right sourcing to the right position.

2. Ensures the application and follow up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures.

  • Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and placement Procedure.
  • Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
  • Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary.
  • Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed.
  • Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase headcount.

3. Enhance Company Branding

  • Facilitates Educational Tours as required.
  • Coordinates with Universities for Placement and/or other school activities.
  • Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
  • Conceptualizes Sourcing Collaterals.

4. >=5% Conversion Rate

  • Monitors total number of hires from identifies sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and Review low yielding sourcing strategy.
  • Recommends initiatives to increase productivity of low yielding sourcing strategy.
  • Increase social networking capability

 

Area of expertise (Skills)

Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or any related area.
