Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops sustainable training activities for the entire quarter/year
- Implements the training calendar timely & properly
- Amends training calendar based on business/client needs
- Reports to immediate superior for comments and recommendations about the calendar of activities
- Ensures new employee orientation session throughout all generations moving forward after the take-off session
- Coordinates with other department involve in the orientation
- Monitors performance of participants after the seminar
- Evaluates the efficiency of training program through case study, survey method, & observation
- Modifies intervention program that does not elicit positive effect on the performance of the participants
- Assesses the overall effect of training through the comparison of performance level of participants prior & after the training
- Supports & drives initiatives that benefit the company & the community it serves.
- Promotes altruistic assistance to the community both services & in kind
- Volunteers in community service activities: reforestation, calamity assistance, etc.
- Initiates awareness & information campaign within the company during calamity or major incidents to elicit volunteers & donation drive
- Plans & implements adopt a community
- Maintains sustainable program that encourage community members to participate
- Helps create environment friendly community & workplace
- Coordinates with different NGO & government agencies for environmental protection & promotion projects
- Coordinates with DENR for whole year calendar of environmental awareness activities
- Implements sustainable environmental programs
- Milk Subsidy and Pilgrim Queen programs documentation and follow up
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Mission Office Coordinator

Educational / Professional Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in the arts and sciences (behavioral and/or social sciences)
