What You Will Be Doing

  • Work onsite at our Casselberry, FL office.
  • We provide a wide range of customer service such as enrollment inquiries, benefit inquiries, claims review, adjustments and processing, and assistance with the online member portal.
  • Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customer's health plans
  • Making outbound / follow-up calls. Welcome calls to new members as needed. (No cold calling)
  • We provide a wide range of customer service such as answering questions regarding covered and not covered services, reviewing claims, and making adjustments to denied claims
  • Building customer relationships
  • Operating accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling multiple responsibilities at one time
  • Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile

What Skills You Will Need

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in the health care field, strongly preferred
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Ability to attend 100% of paid classroom training program
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Computer proficiency with applications
  • Caring and active listening skills
  • Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before hire date
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service
