Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP developer with expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing custom solutions, and enhancing SAP systems using ABAP and SAP BTP technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Technical Expertise:
•    5-7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Instance as an ABAP Developer and with BTP services.
•    Handle configuration and development tasks (e.g., forms, reports, interfaces, workflow) on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud instances.
•    Design and configure web pages, reports, validations, and controls on the Dealer Portal using SAP BTP.
•    Administer BTP Portal and handle Fiori app creation, change of tiles, and access management.
•    Hands-on experience with ABAP programming, including ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, and Forms.
•    Experience with SAPUI5, HTML5, or other front-end web application development frameworks.
•    Experience with SAP BTP, including Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk), BTP services and tools (BAS, BTP Cockpit, etc.), and SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
•    Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite for cloud-based process integration.
•    Clean Core mindset and experience.
•    Excellent conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with different disciplines and senior management
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship on ABAP programming and Fiori development best practices.
•    Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure quality and functionality.
•    Document custom code, interfaces, and technical solutions for future reference and maintenance.
•    Prepare testing scenarios, test scripts, and technical specifications for custom-developed functionalities.
•    Lead new projects in the cloud to drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
•    Play a crucial role in integrating modern AI capabilities, including Generative AI features.
•    Engage with a large customer base to gain insights into critical business processes.
•    Lead the entire development process, from designing user-friendly UIs to developing robust back-end functionalities.
•    Guide architecture decisions based on industry standards, best practices, and SAP product-specific guidelines.
•    Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
