Job Title: SAP Successfactors Technical Analyst

Job Summary As an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development, delivery, and maintenance of SAP based business solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass capturing both functional and technical requirements from internal stakeholders, translating business needs into SAP requirements, and identifying optimal solutions. You will lead the development, customization, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions, collaborating closely with multi disciplinary teams locally and remotely.

Our SuccessFactors Analysts are distinguished by their exceptional communication skills, proficiency at simplifying complex concepts, and their ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT functions. Further Senior professionals in this role will take on leadership responsibilities, managing projects, financials, and nurturing client relationships across our global delivery centres.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of foundation and organizational objects in Employee Central.
  • Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business rules including workflows.
  • Provide training and documentation of EC procedures and data standards.
  • Provide backup support for the LMS, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
  • Responsible for SuccessFactors Release testing including partnering with outside testing team for validating and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to identify cause or effect relationships, solve root cause issues while eliminating nonvalue-added activities.
  • Deliver technology that aligns business processes and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement.
  • Partner in the evaluation of new technology with System Architecture, HR Process Delivery, and Information Services.
  • Collaborate with HR Consultants, HR Directors, HR Analytics, HR Centres of Excellence, Information Services, HR Process Delivery, and key end users to clearly define requirements to facilitate system enhancements to existing technology and new system implementations.
  • Provide leadership to assure technology projects deliver within Qualfon standards for technology implementation, consulting with cross functional business experts as needed.
  • Support technical documentation of projects either by the creation of documents or reviewing third party documents including necessary data.
  • Lead design and execution for organizational change including mergers and acquisitions.

    • Experience with cloud application system modification and testing
    • Experience with data integration between multiple systems

    • Some college education or equivalent experience
    • Experience with translating business requirements into technical specifications
    • Detail and task-oriented; ability to prioritize conflicting tasks in a high-paced environment
    • Ability to move fast while maintaining a high level of accuracy
    • Ability to work well cross-functionally

    Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in system configuration (with 3 years in Employee Central)
     

    Desired Qualifications or Experience:

    • Good communication skills and very good team player.
    • Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems & Technologies other than SuccessFactors (such as Workforce Software, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), ICIMS, SAP BTP etc).
    • Occasional travel may be required.
    • Certifications and Accreditations for SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Knowledge of Human Resource regulations and law.
    • Driving the development of functional and systems specifications experience.

    1.     5 years of experience on SAP SuccessFactor or 3 years of experience on  Employee central.

    2.     Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
