Job Summary

 

Qualfon is seeking enthusiastic and driven Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing customers to promote the client’s dynamic suite of live event and media offerings, ensuring our clients maximize their engagement with our platforms. As part of a company committed to fostering rich, community-focused experiences across hundreds of events and several media properties, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer attendance and participation. Your consultative approach and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations will be essential in delivering valuable, data-driven insights that meet their specific business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-up emails to prospective and existing customers, effectively communicating the value of the client’s market platforms and live events.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with clients through consultative interactions, understanding their business goals and aligning them with the client’s offerings.
  • Product Promotion: Provide tailored information on upcoming events, media properties, and exclusive opportunities based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a dedicated resource for customers, addressing inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and driving attendance at our events and media engagements.
  • Market Insight Utilization: Leverage client’s proprietary data and insights to highlight relevant trends, showcase industry benefits, and emphasize our commitment to supporting their communities.
  • Listening and Feedback Gathering: Gather and document customer feedback to help refine and improve our service offerings, providing valuable input to both sales and marketing teams.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, helping drive client’s success through strategic customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least Sr. High School graduate (or high school graduate in old curriculum), vocational degree of any course, or its equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a call center environment, either Sales, or customer engagement role, and preferably within the events, media, or advertising industries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, exhibiting a genuine interest in understanding their business needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B media, events, or a strong interest in learning about industry trends and client challenges.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and call center tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and a solid grasp of data-driven sales insights.
