• $15/hour base pay
• Bonuses (average $400 per pay+). Top Performers earn $900 per pay in bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls (no cold calling)
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Add new services or upgrade existing accounts
• Deliver a great customer experience while driving sales

QUALIFICATIONS

We’re Looking For: 

• Six months of customer service or sales experience preferred, including retail, wireless sales, contact centers, hospitality, food service, billing, account services, retention, memberships, subscriptions, or service upgrades.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, wireless sales, or a contact center is welcome.
• Strong communication skills, comfort using computers, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend services or upgrades
