Entry Level Computer Technician

OVERVIEW

This position will require onsite presence at our facility in Highland Park, MI.

The Level 1 Computer Technician supports order fulfillment, inventory management, and basic technical tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented and eager to grow their IT skills through hands-on experience with device staging, Intune onboarding, and occasional ticket work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order fulfillment (80%): Inspect, stage, package, and prepare computers and peripherals. Coordinate with shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Inventory management (10%): Maintain inventory of computers, servers, switches, and IT devices. Ensure required equipment is stocked.
• Ticket support (10%): Assist with basic troubleshooting, including imaging issues, as time allows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year supporting Windows-based PCs in a multi-user environment
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or lift.  Must lift and /or move up to 30 pounds.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
