Job Summary:

 

The Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition - Job Platform Optimization & Sourcing leads the strategic optimization and management of global job platforms and online sourcing channels as part of the company's Center of Expertise. Based in the Philippines with global reach, this role is responsible for maximizing ROI and effectiveness across major recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, Meta, and other regional job boards to build robust talent pipelines worldwide.

 

The primary focus is driving performance optimization, cost efficiency, and candidate quality through data-driven platform management and strategic sourcing initiatives. Secondary responsibilities include supporting digital marketing efforts and employer branding to enhance platform performance and attract top talent across all markets. This position requires deep expertise in job platform optimization, recruitment analytics, multi-platform budget management, and high-volume hiring to support Qualfon's global talent acquisition needs.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

 

Job Platform Optimization & Management (Primary Focus - 70%)

Strategic Platform Management

  • Lead global optimization and management of major job platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, and other regional job boards across all geographical locations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-platform sourcing strategies to maximize candidate quality, application volume, and cost efficiency
  • Manage job posting optimization including titles, descriptions, targeting, screening questions, and search visibility across all platforms
  • Implement and manage sponsored job campaigns, promoted listings, and premium features to achieve optimal reach and ROI
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of job postings, campaign targeting, and platform features to improve performance metrics
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with job platform vendors globally
  • Ensure proper integration and syndication of job postings from ATS to multiple job platforms

 

 

 

 

Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on platform performance using key metrics including cost-per-application, cost-per-qualified-candidate, cost-per-hire, application-to-hire conversion rates, and time-to-fill
  • Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards tracking recruitment metrics across all job platforms
  • Manage global recruitment platform budget and optimize spending allocation across platforms, regions, and role types for maximum ROI
  • Provide monthly executive reports with actionable insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations
  • Benchmark platform performance across different markets and role types to identify optimization opportunities
  • Track and analyze candidate journey from platform click through application to hire, identifying and addressing drop-off points

 

High-Volume & Multi-Market Hiring

  • Design and implement high-volume hiring campaigns for BPO/call center positions across multiple countries
  • Develop market-specific platform strategies based on regional job board effectiveness, candidate behavior, and cultural contexts
  • Adapt job posting strategies for different role types (volume hiring vs. specialized corporate roles) and seniority levels
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining candidate quality standards
  • Launch job platform initiatives in new markets to support business expansion

 

Digital Marketing & Employer Branding (Secondary Focus - 30%)

Recruitment Marketing Support

  • Support employer branding initiatives that enhance job platform performance (click-through rates, application rates, candidate quality)
  • Create compelling job posting content and recruitment messaging aligned with company brand identity and employee value proposition
  • Leverage social media channels (LinkedIn organic, Facebook, etc.) to drive traffic and awareness to job postings
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and TA teams to ensure brand consistency across all recruitment touchpoints
  • Develop content strategies that position Qualfon as an employer of choice to improve platform campaign effectiveness
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends and best practices that support job platform optimization

 

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of 3 existing members (with potential expansion to 6 team members) focused on job platform management and recruitment marketing
  • Provide training and upskilling to team members on platform optimization, analytics, and best practices
  • Establish workflows, processes, and standards for multi-platform campaign management
  • Foster a data-driven, performance-focused team culture

 

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with TA team, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure platform strategies align with hiring needs and business objectives across all sites
  • Educate and enable recruiters on effective use of job platform features (Boolean search, advanced filters, InMail, etc.)
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and manage candidate experience across job platforms
  • Collaborate with ATS administrators to ensure seamless platform integrations and data flow
  • Present platform performance, ROI analysis, and budget recommendations to senior leadership


QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment platform management, talent sourcing, or recruitment operations, preferably supporting multi-location or global organizations
  • Proven track record managing major job platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet) with demonstrated ROI improvement

 

Job Platform Expertise (Primary Requirement)

  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (Professional or Corporate), including advanced search, campaign management, and analytics
  • Strong proficiency with Indeed's sponsored job campaigns, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
  • Experience with JobStreet and other Asia-Pacific job platforms (highly preferred for Philippines market)
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize job postings for platform algorithms, search visibility, and candidate matching
  • Deep understanding of job platform pricing models, contract negotiation, and vendor management
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring campaigns (100+ positions) using job platforms
  • Knowledge of programmatic job advertising and recruitment marketing automation tools

 

Analytics & Technical Skills (Critical)

  • Strong proficiency with recruitment analytics, performance tracking, and data visualization tools
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Experience tracking and optimizing recruitment funnel metrics from multiple data sources
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and executive-level insights
  • Understanding of ATS integration, XML feeds, and job board syndication

 

Digital Marketing Knowledge (Secondary Requirement)

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate journey optimization
  • Experience with social media platforms and their role in supporting recruitment efforts
  • Familiarity with content creation for recruitment purposes (job postings, landing pages, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles as applied to job postings and career content

  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts in a global environment
  • BPO or call center industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to work mid/night shifts to collaborate with global stakeholders (primarily US-based)

  • Dashboard Implementation: Build and deploy comprehensive analytics dashboard tracking all platform metrics globally
  • Team Development: Successfully upskill existing 3-member team and potentially expand to 6 members with clear roles and responsibilities
  • Budget Optimization: Demonstrate measurable ROI improvement and data-driven budget allocation across platforms and regions
