Role: Designer, Instructional Sr.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Knowledge of performance-based instructional design.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Prime, and instructional design methodology preferred.
• Sales training experience preferred.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a college/university or corporate training environment.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work in a diverse team.
• Promotes an inclusive environment that celebrates differences.
• Communicates effectively and respectfully across diverse cultural backgrounds.
