ANALYST, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DATA

OVERVIEW

Job Title: Analyst, Business Intelligence Data

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of products and services.

• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, targeting and other business outcomes.

• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

• Presenting results in a clear manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC KNOWLEDGE

• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Language: English (Verbal & Written)
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and effectively.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1 year experience using statistical computer languages such as Python and SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Proven Experience as Data Analyst or Data Scientist

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in discipline related to Math/Technology/Engineering/Science a plus

TRAINING

• General knowledge of Telecom business various products and brands.
• Experience in collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.

• Machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, time-series forecasting, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, Natural Language Processing.
• Experienced with data visualization tools and techniques such as plotly, Tableau, Power-BI, Streamlit
• Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS preferred): Amazon Sagemaker, S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.
• Familiar with GitHub or equivalent code repositories.
